Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues in engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C systems
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems using proper tools and equipment
• Communicate with Service Advisors to explain repair needs and provide accurate time estimates for additional work
• Execute repairs under warranty following Ford manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and uphold dealership safety standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred
• Ford Certification required (B-level or higher preferred)
• Experience at a Ford dealership strongly preferred
• Proficiency in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
