Clinical Supervisor (S0452) – Axis Health System

Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor is responsible for delivering high‑quality clinical supervision to all assigned clinical staff. The role also provides direct clinical care and participates as a member of the program team to design and implement individual care plans for program clients in accordance with policies, rules, regulations, and directives. The position utilizes a variety of treatment approaches and case coordination to work with a diverse client population.

The supervisor may also provide expertise for center policy and programming and must be capable of independent action while ensuring their actions represent the policies, priorities, and values of Axis Health System.

Our ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in one of the recognized mental health professions and be licensed or license‑eligible in Colorado as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, CAC III or PhD. Minimum five years of post‑graduate clinical experience in a healthcare setting, including at least two years of supervisory experience, is required. LAC certification is preferred.

Starting pay is $64,480 and ranges up to $75,629 per year, which includes consideration for preferred experience and certification.

Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. May be required to walk, sit, stand, kneel, and occasionally climb or balance and stoop. Must be able to sit for longer periods at a computer. May travel between AXIS HEALTH SYSTEM locations. Possible exposure to communicable disease. Noise level is usually moderate. • Knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment including scanner, computer, calculator, copy machine, fax and multi‑line telephone.

• Current driver’s license, qualify for commercial vehicle insurance, maintain driving record allowing insurance with AXIS HEALTH SYSTEM’s insurance agency.

Annual Flu immunization, Annual TB screening, CPI training within 90 days of hire, BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
