• Provide compassionate care, dignity and respect for each resident
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team
• Care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well‑being in accordance with long‑term care standards
• Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts
• Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient‑centered care environment

• Current CO CNA certification or certified in a compact state
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program
• A caring, reliable team player
