Position Summary

• Administer nursing care to patients with efficiency, safety, and courtesy, following established nursing procedures.
• Apply comprehensive understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan to assess and interpret critical patient data.
• Recognize disease processes, symptoms, and potential complications, ensuring patient needs are met in alignment with unit policies and procedures.
• Leverage information technologies to provide evidence‑based knowledge at the point of care, driving improved health outcomes and enhancing patient experience.

• Nursing Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school;
    Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Current Colorado Registered Nurse licence (or compact licence, Colorado licence to be obtained within first 90 days).
  • Current BLS, PALS (within six months of hire; 12 months if new graduate), and ACLS (within six months of hire; 12 months if new graduate) certifications.
  • Completion of an EKG course within four months of hire.
