Hospice of Montezuma is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a full-time position in Cortez, CO. The RN will work under supervision of the Hospice Patient Care Coordinator, supervising CNAs and coordinating patient care.
The ideal candidate has a Colorado RN license, at least two years of direct RN experience, and strong collaboration with physicians and the Hospice team. Ability to administer IV medications and provide ongoing education is required.
