Responsibilities
Bag groceries at checkout for customers, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).Assist in removing merchandise from shopping carts for checkout.Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.Return merchandise to store shelves and gather/retrieve shopping carts.Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise, understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks.Reinforce safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and notify management.Adhere to food safety regulations and perform equipment inspections, reporting repairs as needed.Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies.Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts calmly, and act with honesty and integrity.Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.Qualifications

Preferred Experience - Retail experience is preferred but not required.
