Marigold Graphic & Digital Marketing Specialist
This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) part‑time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Graphic & Digital Marketing Specialist for the School of Psychological Science at Oregon State University (OSU). The position supports Marigold:
The OSU Center for Contemplative Practice and involves graphic design, webpage development, social media management, and additional administrative, cleaning, marketing, and customer service tasks.
Student employees will develop vital career‑readiness skills in teamwork, professionalism, technology, and career & self‑development. This part‑time role combines creative design work with community outreach and administrative for graduate and undergraduate programs.
Responsibilities- Graphic design of marketing materials, social media graphics, and web content
- Social media management and content creation for Marigold and related OSU channels
- Collaboration with team members to develop marketing materials and campaigns
- Additional support of the center: cleaning, customer service, and administrative tasks
- Must be academically enrolled in high school, community college, or university and pursuing a program or course of study
- Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment
- Must meet the applicable minimal enrollment standard:
- High School: regularly enrolled or participating in a home‑schooling program
- Undergraduate/ Post‑baccalaureate: 6 credit hours per term
- Undergraduate international: 12 credit hours per term*
- Graduate: 5 credit hours per term
- Graduate international: 9 credit hours per term*
- Facility and/or experience with detail‑orientation, accuracy, and ability to receive and integrate feedback
- Interest in yoga, meditation, qigong, philosophy, psychology, and/or contemplative traditions and practices (Preferred)
