UX Designer

Property Innovation Corp is opening an UX Designer chair for someone who treats Atomic Design like a second language and deadlines like a sport. Sized right for 5 years of Initiative, this OR role pays $59,000 - $86,000 and opens a path you actually want to walk.

• Reframe constraints from the contract budget as the brief's most useful lever
• Keep current with Maze and Micro-Interactions to expand the creative toolkit
• Wireframe the unglamorous Work Ethic screens with the same care as the hero shot
• Map the emotional arc of a launch video, beat by beat, before a frame is shot
• Lead brainstorming sessions that surface bold, original ideas
• Produce polished assets using Work Ethic and Active Listening from concept through final delivery
• Drive zero-bureaucracy content series from ideation to publication and promotion

• Real proficiency with Style Guides, plus willingness to learn HTML/CSS fast
• Strong working knowledge of Micro-Interactions and Atomic Design
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• A history of leaving creative processes better than you found them
• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and related tools and frameworks
