The Community Health Center of Benton and Linn Counties (CHC) is a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with clinic sites in Corvallis, Monroe, Lebanon, and Sweet Home Oregon.
Regular clinic hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday. The Health Services Building in Corvallis includes a three‑operatory dental suite for adult patients.
