Key Responsibilities- Perform full‑scope oral surgery, including extractions, implants, bone grafting, and pathology
- Deliver safe and effective IV sedation and general anesthesia
- Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Collaborate with referring providers to ensure seamless patient care - Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
- Provide an exceptional patient experience in a compassionate, professional environment
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA‑accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active Oregon dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Passion for team‑based, patient‑centered care
