Medical Assistant — Corvallis, OR

Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hour

Black Stone Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. You'll work alongside a physiatrist (a physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation) and our advanced practice providers to deliver excellent patient care. Our clinic focuses on helping patients manage and recover from sports, spine, and other musculoskeletal conditions, as well as improving the lives of those living with chronic pain.

This position requires availability to work on Saturdays.

• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during patient visits and procedures
• Perform accurate data entry and medical scribing
• Obtain prior authorizations for medications and procedures
• Verify patient insurance coverage
• Triage patient calls and concerns
• Support interventional procedures as needed
• Work occasional Saturdays as part of clinic schedule
