Location:

Selects, motivates, directs, and develops staff in Environmental Services to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high quality services.

Environmental Services provides a professional, clean, safe, and sanitary environment for Samaritan Health Services in support of the health care mission. Services include cleaning and floor/carpet care, repairs, loans of tables/chairs and equipment, custodial services, linen distribution, and waste removal.

• Selects, motivates, directs, and develops staff in Environmental Services to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high quality services.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
• Five (5) years experience working in hospital/long-term care facility/medical office required.
• Leadership and/or managerial experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity preferred.
• Experience and/or training in computer applications preferred.
