Operations Director

Two Sigma is the kind of place where an unhurried Operations Director can ship real general work and still leave on time most days. Few general roles let you own the whole thing end to end; this director one in Corvallis does, and it pays $143,000 - $210,000.

• Keep Two Sigma's Mentoring pipeline humming without constant hand-holding
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge
• Read Two Sigma's general signals and reprioritize without being asked

• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
• Comfort being measured against a clear director bar
• Comfort owning the unglamorous middle of a full-time project
• Proven Work-Life Balance judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit
• Curiosity and a continuous drive to sharpen your general craft
