As a Night Shift Production Worker, you'll help maintain production flow and product quality throughout the overnight shift. You'll work closely with your team to keep operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
What You'll Do- Verify products match production schedules and specifications.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Retrieve products from the line and transfer them for post-processing.
- Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot post-processing equipment.
- Pack and palletize finished products, stack pallets up to 104 inches high using a step platform, and accurately track production counts.
- Prior production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfort working overnight shifts in a warm warehouse environment.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift, stack, and move products while maintaining attention to detail.

This position is on-site in Corvallis and offers a steady overnight schedule from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM, Sunday through Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities.
