Qualifications, responsibilities and benefits are listed below.

• Provide and coordinate patient care with the health care team.
• Monitor patients’ responses to interventions and report outcomes.
• Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures depending on unit.
• Assist with procedures and operate departmental equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and stock of supplies; transport patients as needed.
• Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health team members; communicate effectively.

• 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Certifications may be required based on facility requirements (e.g., ACLS, NIHSS as applicable).
• Ability to meet physical demands: lift/move equipment (50-100 lbs), push/pull, stand, and reposition patients.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with clinical standards.

• Interpersonal skills for working with diverse personnel.
• Technical skills to assist with procedures and operate equipment.
• Cognitive ability to manage interactions, meet deadlines, and work under supervision or independently.
• Visual and practical communication abilities.
