Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position in Oregon, requiring a current OR RN license and trauma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting

• Cares for patients with a wide range of medical needs including emergent, urgent, and mental health conditions

• Provides care to all ages, including pediatric critical trauma and cardiac patients

• Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with every third weekend required

• All Emergency Department staff are certified for critical cardiac and trauma care, including care for children

• Facility provides care to both walk-in and emergency transport patients

• Assignment is for 13 weeks

• Facility enforces strict adherence to all stated job requirements

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of consideration

• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC

• Minimum of 1 year Emergency Department RN experience

• Proof of high school diploma or equivalent required
