Travel Home Health Registered Nurse – $2,580 per week

Core Medical Group is looking for a Travel Home Health Registered Nurse in Corvallis, OR. This assignment starts on 10/06/2025 and lasts 13 weeks. The role requires 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts in a travel/contract setting.

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health environment for a contract/travel assignment.
• Adhere to the 13‑week schedule with the potential to extend the assignment.
• Support patients with daily nursing duties, medication administration, and documentation.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
• Experience in home health or contract nursing preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
