Position: LPNs needed for 8 and 12 hour cases in Corvallis, Oregon

Full and Part-time cases available

Schedules:

• Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am
• Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:30am-4:30pm
• Open 12-hour shifts during weekdays

Pay Rate Range: $30-35/HR

• Active, unencumbered LPN license
• TB skin test – 2 step (current within last 12 months)
• Minimum six months of hands-on nursing experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency in assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies
• Continuing education as required by state
