JOB SUMMARYOur nurses in mental health work as part of a care team, including collaboration with health care professionals, pharmacists and social service workers. This position will provide comprehensive or specialized nursing and consultation services in clinic and community settings, primarily within the context of the ACT and EASA teams. This role requires the ability to perform individual, comprehensive, physical and psycho-social health assessments of clients while exercising critical thinking skills and professional judgment.
Other responsibilities include nursing case management services, care coordination and follow-up. This position may provide specialized services within specified programs and at multiple sites according to scope, license, and program standards.

- $77,634 - $112,280
- This position is eligible for up to two salary raises within your first year. Increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.

The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
- Oregon Registered Nurse License;
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Equivalency will be considered: RN and 4 years of nursing experience.
- Hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
- Valid Oregon driver's license or ability to obtain upon hire. This position requires driving and may require use of a personal vehicle.
