As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support; schedule and assign tasks; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback; assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner; provide product knowledge and recommendations; resolve customer complaints and maintain a clean sales floor.
• Sales and Target Achievement: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products; meet or exceed individual and team sales targets; monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement; collaborate with store manager to develop strategies.
• Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise; conduct regular inventory counts; ensure accurate pricing and labeling.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
