– Key Responsibilities
- Install drywall with precision and finish to a professional standard
- Match existing drywall textures seamlessly
- Perform painting techniques including cut & roll and pump sprayer application
- Apply smoke seal to framing when needed
- Complete painting, drywall, and light carpentry tasks
- Document job progress by uploading photos in our mobile app (company phone provided)
- Previous painting and drywall experience (minimum of 3 years)
- Pass background check (age 18+) and pre‑employment drug screening
- Hold a valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Experienced in painting and drywall (required)
- Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for quality work
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Strong communicator who works well with both customers and teammates
- Problem solver who stays on task and adapts to changing needs
- Professional and safety‑minded at all times
- Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb
- Stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Climb ladders and work at heights as needed
- Wear safety gear (respirators + other PPE) when warranted
- Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
