• Install drywall with precision and finish to a professional standard
• Match existing drywall textures seamlessly
• Perform painting techniques including cut & roll and pump sprayer application
• Apply smoke seal to framing when needed
• Complete painting, drywall, and light carpentry tasks
• Document job progress by uploading photos in our mobile app (company phone provided)

• Previous painting and drywall experience (minimum of 3 years)
• Pass background check (age 18+) and pre‑employment drug screening
• Hold a valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years

• Experienced in painting and drywall (required)
• Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Strong communicator who works well with both customers and teammates
• Problem solver who stays on task and adapts to changing needs
• Professional and safety‑minded at all times

• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb
• Stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Climb ladders and work at heights as needed
• Wear safety gear (respirators + other PPE) when warranted
