Customer Service Representative

Overview

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Coshocton, OH. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance policies, answering inquiries about products and services, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer interactions via phone and in-person, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate customer records.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be willing to get Insurance Licenses
