Teller Retail Banker – Woodforest National Bank

Location: Ohio, Coshocton (Branch Banking)
Schedule: Full‑time
Primary Branch: OH – Coshocton, WM‑0431

• Proactively identify, market, and recommend bank products and services that meet customer needs to achieve individual sales goals.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform routine account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Use problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns following Woodforest Experience training.

• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience, or
• An associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience, or
• A bachelor’s degree.

• Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive, engaging, and eager to grow within the organization.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Full‑time.

• No.

• Little to no overnight travel expected. Occasional business trips to cover nearby branch locations within 45 miles of the assigned branch.

• Stand most of the time; may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods.
• Occasional lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
