• Assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks.
• Appointment scheduling and chart management.
• Providing information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services; conveying a positive image of the organization.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
• Medical Assistant (MA) Certification or higher‑level certification/licensure preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and to maintain current certification.
• Minimum one year work experience in a public contact job.
• Work experience in health care preferred.
