The strategic and execution-focused AI Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of artificial intelligence initiatives across enterprise platforms, including Epic, Workday, and Service Now. This role will serve as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership—ensuring that AI programs deliver measurable value, comply with governance standards, and align with organizational goals.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES
** 1. Develop and manage the AI program roadmap, aligning initiatives with enterprise priorities and digital transformation goals.
2. Translate executive vision into actionable work streams across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that enhance automation, predictive analytics, and user experience.
4. Oversee multiple concurrent AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
5. Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage iterative development cycles, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
6. Track KPIs, milestones, and dependencies using tools like Service Now.
7. Implement Responsible AI frameworks to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI technologies.
8. Collaborate with cybersecurity and data governance teams to mitigate risks related to data quality, bias, and model transparency.
9. Serve as the primary liaison between IT, clinical, and business units for AI-related initiatives.
10. Develop communication plans and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
11. Facilitate workshops, demos, and executive briefings to promote AI literacy and adoption.
12. Partner with vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Workday, Epic) to operationalize scalable AI solutions.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* * 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Seven (7) years of experience in program management and or project management, with at least three (3) years in AI or data-driven initiatives.
3. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in healthcare or enterprise IT.4. Excellent project management skills.
5. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including NLP, RPA, predictive modeling, and LLMs.
6. Familiarity with healthcare-specific enterprise software solutions such as Epic, Workday, and Service Now platforms is highly desirable.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
