Job :

We are seeking a dedicated Line Coordinator to oversee production line operations. The role involves ensuring equipment functionality, safety, and efficiency, along with coordinating maintenance and production activities.

• Knowledge of industrial, mechanical, and electrical maintenance
• On-the-job training provided

• Set and adjust equipment for optimal operation
• Coordinate raw material usage based on production needs
• Perform maintenance as per manufacturer’s guidelines
• Manage equipment adjustments and process variations
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules
• Utilize SAP for work order management
• Conduct pre-operation safety inspections
• Ensure GMP compliance and cleanliness of equipment
• Support safety initiatives and maintain an excellent safety record
• Assist in training and scheduling team members
• Perform process calculations related to yield and efficiency
• Fill in for team members during absences or troubleshooting
• Follow quality and safety standards diligently
• Setup and teardown lines as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

The Line Coordinator will not discipline other union employees but must stay until all tasks are completed during forced overtimes or shutdowns, even if their specific line is relieved early.
