Backroom Team Associate

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr the actual hourly rate will be equal to or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
