CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CONVENIENCE STORE

As a Bell Store CSR, you are the direct link between the company and the customer. You are responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional, fast, efficient, and friendly service.
• Handle money and complete transactions.
• Stock merchandise on sales floor and in coolers.
• Work with other store employees as a member of the Bell Store Team.
• Maintain clean facilities and work environment
• Other duties as assigned by Store Management
• Standing 90 %
• Lifting up to 40# - for stocking shelves, coolers, back room - daily
• Reaching daily (above head cigarette racks, storage shelves, etc.)
• Bending daily (down and side to side)
• Pushing brooms, mops, dolly on wheels daily
• Pulling cart daily

• Outgoing, able to work pleasantly with the public
• Ability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Honest and dependable
• Reliable transportation and phone communication

• Standing – 90 %
