Delphos Wireless - Cricket Authorized Retailer seeks a Sales Representative to promote Cricket products and achieve sales targets. This full‑time position pays $12.00‑$15.00 per hour, with bonuses, commissions, and uncapped commission opportunities.

As a Sales Representative, you will connect with potential customers to promote products, achieve sales targets, and build long‑term relationships. You will use strong communication skills to provide product information, guide customers through purchasing, and maintain accurate records.

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Cricket product line and stay updated on industry trends.
• Engage customers in conversations to identify needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Provide clear communication on how products meet customer requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments, address concerns, and overcome objections to close deals.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to order completion.
• Build relationships for future sales opportunities; retention is important.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and participate in huddles.

• Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or related field.
• Excellent verbal communication with a persuasive, friendly demeanor.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a bonus.
• Comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures will be provided.

• Fast-paced, dynamic phone‑sales environment focused on teamwork and individual performance.
