A well-established Southern California law firm is seeking an organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support a busy litigation team handling a high-volume caseload. • Maintain and audit large volumes of case files and documents
• Organize, rename, and manage electronic files and records
• Ensure documents are accurately stored, easily accessible, and up to date
