• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Conduct inspections and identify issues using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to ensure top-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Adhere to manufacturer and dealership standards for safety and quality.

• Automotive Technician Certification or equivalent (or currently in progress)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing the job right.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of vehicle systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dealership or independent shop experience is a plus.

The Flat Rate Earnings Range is $16.50 - $71.75. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production and productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
