Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI‑powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.
As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
Anduril's Corporate Planning team designs and operates the company's end‑to‑end planning system —the structure that enables every major workstream to plan and forecast with speed, accuracy, and accountability. The team establishes the process, governance, cadence, and measurement that connect strategic goals to day‑to‑day execution across areas like Growth, Headcount, SG&A, etc. Working cross‑functionally, the team forms the backbone of Anduril’s corporate operating rhythm, enabling faster, clearer, and more measurable decisions across the company by connecting strategy, execution, and data.

- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify insights, forecast risks, and measure outcomes against plan.
- Translate planning frameworks into practical execution tools, dashboards, and recurring reports in collaboration with Biz Ops and functions.
- Facilitate decision meetings and escalation paths—ensuring leadership has the right context and data to make trade‑offs effectively.
- Continuously refine processes to improve speed, accuracy, and accountability.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, investment banking, or program management within a high‑growth or complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to executives and technical teams alike.
