National Credit Partners is seeking a full‑time Account Executive to join our on‑site team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will manage client relationships from initial engagement through enrollment, working closely with business owners and business finance brokers. You will evaluate financial situations, explain structured mediation solutions, and guide clients through the onboarding process with clarity and professionalism.

• Manage inbound and referred business owner inquiries
• Develop and maintain relationships with business finance brokers and referral partners
• Analyze client financials, cash flow, and debt structures
• Present structured debt mediation solutions clearly and accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM systems
• Provide ongoing communication and support during the enrollment process

• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial services, alternative lending, or business debt
• Understanding of MCA products and non‑traditional financing structures (preferred)
• Ability to analyze financial data and assess repayment feasibility
