OverviewWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our team immediately. This role is critical in supporting our busy Purchasing Department by helping clean up the invoicing queue alongside another team member. While prior buying experience is not required, an interest in learning procurement processes is highly valued. You will work closely with one of our Buyers, who will provide guidance and mentorship as you assist with invoice cleanup and learn about purchasing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate and timely data entry to assist with invoice processing.
- Collaborate closely with team members and the Buyer to ensure smooth workflow.
- Take initiative to identify and resolve discrepancies in data.
- Support purchasing operations as needed.
- Previous experience in data entry or related administrative tasks.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with common software tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
- Open to new graduates or candidates with solid tenure in their last role.
- Must be available to start ASAP.
