Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a passionate and technically savvy Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers via phone, email, Live Chat, and in-person to provide expert product guidance, technical support, order updates, and assistance with returns. A strong foundation in motorcycle mechanics and tuning is essential, as this role includes supporting customers with product installs and mapping solutions for Power Commanders and GET ECUs.

You should bring positive energy, a deep love for motorsports, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a wide range of personalities. Our goal is to guide customers toward the right solutions for their riding style and goals, without overselling, and always with professionalism and integrity.

You are often the first impression of Rottweiler Performance. A point of contact that sets the tone for how customers view our brand. Professionalism, empathy, and clear communication are essential. You’ll be a key voice of the company and the central hub through which information flows.

• Strong understanding of motorcycle performance parts and tuning
• Experience mapping or supporting Power Commander and GET ECU systems
• Mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience with motorcycles (mid to high level preferred)
• Ability to speak confidently and knowledgeably about aftermarket products and installation processes
• Extreme attention to detail

• Respond to incoming customer communications (phone, email, Live Chat) with accurate technical support and product guidance
• Assist customers with installation-related questions
• Provide support and general guidance on ECU tuning, including Power Commander and GET ECU mapping processes
• Handle in-person customer walk-ins with professionalism and product knowledge
• Process returns and communicate with customers about return status
• Route incoming requests to appropriate departments when necessary

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Computer literate;
  Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
• Reliable transportation

• May be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Regular use of hands and communication tools while seated

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
