The Design & Construction team at Anduril delivers the factories, labs, offices, and secure spaces that enable our teams to design, build, and deploy advanced defense technology. We are looking for a Whatever we agree on title to join our rapidly growing team. This position sits within the broader Design & Construction (D&C) team and reports to the Pre-Construction Director. The D&C team is responsible for bringing our various cutting-edge factories, offices, and secure spaces to life. We collaborate with a variety of stakeholders involved in shaping the built environment needed to enable Anduril's mission—construction managers, architects, industrial engineers, real estate planners, finance analysts, and many more.

Whether it is autonomous submarines, robot fighter jets, or AR headsets, we stay close to our end users to ensure we're fueling their success. This role is required to balance the requests of these business lines ensuring that need is clearly established and that the product balances the current and future needs of the business at the right cost.

This role is the critical bridge between real estate acquisition and project execution. You will lead the evaluation and recommendation of new sites, shepherd projects through due diligence, and ensure that every facility pursuit is grounded in rigorous feasibility analysis before a single design dollar is spent.

• Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with Anduril's Strategic Real Estate (SRE) team, acting as the primary point of contact from D&C for project pursuits.
• Participate in regular weekly portfolio pipeline meetings to maintain visibility across all active and upcoming pursuits.
• Collaborate closely with D&C team leaders, the space planning team, the security team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure early project visibility, procurement alignment, and coordination.
• Facilitate regular meetings with internal project managers to discuss project updates, resource allocation, and potential challenges.
• Provide formal site selection recommendations based on site walks, feasibility analysis, and alignment with programmatic requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact related to Design & Construction for all new project pursuits, from initial site identification through project approval.
