Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer. This position will work with Senior Process Engineers, responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the Chemical and/or Mechanical Process areas to produce state-of-the-art printed circuit boards.

• Applies sound engineering principles and disciplines in order to understand and minimize the variability associated with the various processes and finished product attributes.
• Defines operating procedures and SPC methods to assist operators in production environment.
• Evaluates product and process capability, equipment reliability, process utilization and process cost opportunity while implementing improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• 1+ years of related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not a requirement for this position.
• Knowledge of SPC principles as well as statistical representation of data and process/product variability required.
• Project management skills and strong written/verbal communication skills are required.

• Salary Range (annual): $54,567.26 - $66,560.00
• Actual base pay within this range will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is one element of our total rewards package. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and PTO, with potential eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and discretionary bonus programs.
