- Conceptualize, develop, and implement RF sensing technologies for platforms in all domains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and evaluate architectures and concepts of operations for complex systems-of-systems
- Conduct rigorous analysis at the system-of-systems level; assess and decompose requirements flo w to the radar subsystem level
- Create, communicate, and establish consensus for internal development roadmaps
- Develop, refine, and realize advanced RF sensing techniques, algorithms, and technologies
- Engage with industry leaders to align external roadmaps with Anduril business plans and pursuits
- Provide technical expertise to programmatic and business leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Guide, direct and mentor team members in theory and best practices
- At least a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or other technical field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a technical leadership position developing high-performance defense radar systems
- Strong expertise in radar architecture, radar modes, and system modeling
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Demonstrated experience as an individual contributor in radar hardware, algorithms, software, or systems design
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python
Salary ranges are provided as an estimate based on base salary. The salary range for this role is $142,000 — $213,000 USD; actual offers vary based on experience, education, and skills. Equity grants are commonly included and are part of total compensation. Anduril offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
