We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial systems, particularly Anaplan, and a strong interest in using technology to enhance financial insights. This role offers significant visibility into the business and a great opportunity for growth within a collaborative FP&A team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Financial Systems Management:
Oversee financial systems, making strategic decisions about module development, forecasting logic, and integration with other systems. Develop and modify modules as needed to meet evolving business requirements. - Collaboration:
Partner with the BL and SG&A Finance teams to support forecasting and annual planning cycles. Collaborate to maintain robust data models and support the development and maintenance of Excel models. - Data Management:
Partner with the analytics team to manage financial data effectively, ensuring alignment and consistency. - ERP Implementation:
Assist in ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems. - Financial Statements:
Understand, interpret, and construct financial statements to deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting. - Ad Hoc Analysis:
Provide comprehensive support for ad hoc analyses and enhancements to financial reporting. Conduct thorough analyses to support various teams across the organization and provide insightful recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and systems within a corporate FP&A environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; experience with Anaplan, Netsuite, Oracle, or similar systems is helpful.
- Experience with financial system implementation, maintenance, or improvement projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
US Salary Range
$90,000—$135,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
