Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing clients' financial situations and providing suitable mortgage options, assisting with the loan application process, and ensuring timely submission of all required documents. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations. Additionally, the Mortgage Loan Officer will offer exceptional customer service, staying in regular contact with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and provide status updates throughout the loan process.

• Experience as a Loan Officer with a strong background in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
• Fluent in Spanish
• Familiarity with underwriting processes and guidelines
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
