Budget and Forecast Analyst
We are currently looking to hire an experienced detail-oriented and analytical Budget and Forecast Analyst for an onsite role at our Costa Mesa, CA Headquarters. In this role, you will support the organization’s Finance Budgeting and Forecasting team by developing, managing, and analyzing budget and forecast projections for revenue and expenses and analyzing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for management.
What You’ll Do- Prepare, analyze, and coordinate monthly forecasts and annual budget for assigned business units and financial statements.
- Review, identify, and work with departments to help resolve budgeting and forecasting issues as they arise.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed and explain data effectively.
- Update and create monthly reports and complete assigned projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business/economics or accounting.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate budgeting and forecasting, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; a motivated self-starter and detail-oriented.
- Advanced Excel skills (required). Additional system skills such as SQL and Power Query are a plus.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion or Essbase is a plus.
- Teamwork, leadership, interpersonal, multitasking management and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
The starting pay range for this position is $90,400.00 – $. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in an incentive program based on organization, team, and personal performance.
