Boutique Wealth Management Firm
Irvine, CA
A growing boutique wealth management firm is seeking a proactive Retirement Plan Advisor to lead and deepen retirement plan relationships while helping expand a successful retirement plan practice.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as lead relationship manager for 401(k), 403(b), ERISA-governed and other retirement plans
- Partner with plan sponsors on fiduciary responsibilities, plan design, performance and ongoing service
- Lead sponsor and employee education meetings, including periodic client-site visits
- Retain and grow existing relationships and help support the launch of the firm’s PEP
What You Bring
- 5+ years of client-facing retirement plan advisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b) and ERISA plans
- AIF, CFP or similar designation preferred
- Proactive, growth-minded and collaborative approach
- Must be within a 45-minute commute of Irvine, CA
What’s Offered
- $100,000–$125,000 base + approximately 10% bonus
