As
** The Catering & Off-Premise Manager** , you'll own the strategy behind our third-party delivery, catering, and digital ordering platforms across our portfolio of restaurants. Working alongside Operations, Marketing, Culinary, and Technology, you'll identify new opportunities to grow revenue, improve profitability, enhance the guest experience, and introduce innovative solutions that keep Specialty Restaurants ahead of the competition.

** What You'll Do
**** Champion Our Marketplace & Catering Presence
*** Strategic owner of the company's communication between third-party delivery and catering partnerships, for DSPs and catering providers-including Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, ez Cater, and others.
* Lead the development and execution of the company's off-premise and third-party delivery strategy, making recommendations that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and guest experience.
* Lead testing and implementation of new platform features, integrations, and partnerships, ensuring our restaurants remain competitive and accessible in the digital marketplace.
** Drive Performance with Data
*** Analyze sales and operational data across delivery and catering platforms to uncover opportunities for growth and improved guest experience.
* Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, prep times, delivery quality, ratings, and catering fulfillment performance.
* Build forecasting tools and dashboards that support operational readiness, especially for large catering occasions and seasonal peaks.
* Keep the PL top of mind, not just driving promotion or discounts but profitable, return traffic.
** Lead Operational Excellence Across Locations
*** Partner with Operations to strengthen execution for delivery and catering, ensuring each location is set up for success with clear prep processes, handoff standards, and packaging guidelines.
* Develop and support training materials to help teams deliver speed, accuracy, and hospitality for all order types.
* Troubleshoot issues across DSPs and catering providers and collaborate with location teams and platform partners to resolve them quickly.
** Elevate Digital Merchandising & Marketing
*** Work with Marketing to develop engaging platform promotions, boosts, and campaigns tailored to both delivery and catering audiences.
* Enhance digital merchandising through compelling photography, descriptions, and catering-specific positioning that showcases our restaurants as the go-to choice for groups and events.
