Sr. Guidewire Claim Center Developer – Costa Mesa, CA

We are currently seeking a Sr. Guidewire Claim Center Developer to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution and collaborate with teams twice a month in the local area.

• Strong experience with the Guidewire Insurance Suite, specifically Claim Center
• Expertise in GOSU or Java programming
• Ability to assess, architect, and design new Claim Center integrations
• Proven experience in Agile development, version control, and release management tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
• Experience with Claim Center version upgrades, automated testing (GUnit, Selenium, etc.), and Guidewire certifications (preferred)

• Provide technical leadership on insurance claims system projects
• Design, code, test, debug, and document Claim Center programs and integrations
• Collaborate with IT management, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions
• Act as an internal mentor and consultant on technical matters
• Contribute as a key technical expert on emerging technologies for internet/intranet/internal applications
• Develop cost‑effective, scalable applications that meet customer and business needs
