For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,800 - $241,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. AI‑driven demand is transforming the entire data center value chain—from grid to chip and chip to chiller—especially with high‑density cluster deployments. Understanding the impact of evolving AI workloads, such as training and inference, is critical. Schneider Electric has a unique opportunity to expand coverage across the AI ecosystem, engaging players that serve enterprise customers and strengthening our leadership across server vendors, tech aggregators, and chip manufacturers.
WhatYou Will Do
As an AI Infrastructure Solution Architect, you will lead technical engagement with AI ecosystem partners and influence infrastructure architecture design to accelerate business growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Act as a trusted pre‑sales technical advisor for AI data center applications.
- Support AI ecosystem account teams across Schneider Electric’s full portfolio.
- Lead technical work streams with ecosystem partners and deliver documented value propositions.
- Identify offer enhancements and collaborate with lifecycle leaders and Lines of Business to drive customization and investment cases.
- Ensure alignment and communication with global teams for consistency.
- Application Scope: AI infrastructure deployment across GPUs, servers, racks, and stacks for small and large data centers.
- Technical Scope: From grid to chip to chiller, with focus on IT rooms (PSU, rack‑PDU, racks, liquid cooling), MV/LV systems, power conversion/UPS, and heat rejection systems.
- Digital Transformation: Leverage Eco Struxure suite for connectivity, control, advanced applications, and services across power, building, and IT domains.
You will interact with:
- External: GPU and server manufacturers, AI infrastructure integrators.
- Internal: AI ecosystem account teams, leadership, CTO Tech Explore League, and Offer Owners across divisions.
- Full Time position based in US, West Coast preferred.
- Travel Required up to 40%, less if local to Bay Area, some International travel.
- English, professional fluency is a must.
- Frinch, Spanish or any other language a plus.

Qualifications- 8+ years in technical roles within critical facilities (design, architecture, product development, or business development).
- 5+ years of customer‑facing experience leading technical discussions.
