Pay$95,000 - $120,000 per year
LocationLos Angeles, CA or Costa Mesa, CA

Job Duties- Draft court filings
- Draft discovery requests and responses
- Draft subpoenas to third parties
- Gather and organize client documents
- Prepare and organize document productions (both outgoing and incoming)
- Create indices of client, other party, and third-party documents
- Prepare case timelines
- Prepare exhibits for use at depositions
- Prepare trial documents, exhibits, and other related materials
- Provide trial support to attorneys
- Research rules of legal procedure and substantive law, including cite checking, Shepardizing, and Blue booking
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of Litigation experience (Trust & Probate experience a plus)
- Experience drafting court filings, subpoenas, and discovery requests
- Ability to analyze legal documents and strong proofreading skills
