Overview
Segerstrom Center for the Arts ("the Center") seeks a collaborative and experienced leader to join their team as Vice President of Development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and compassionate fundraising professional to advance and support the work of the skilled team that is in place. The VP will bring a mentor’s mindset and a talent for coaching and supporting a team that is successful and committed to the significant impacts the Center has on the community.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Center's development team to advance fundraising efforts.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to a team that is successful and committed to the Center’s community impact.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align development strategies with the Center’s mission and programs.
- Proven track record as a collaborative and experienced leader in fundraising or development roles.
- Talented and compassionate fundraising professional with a mentor’s mindset and ability to coach and support a team.
