Via Fill Operator – 2nd Shift

We are currently seeking a candidate to assist in the Epoxy Via Fill  department.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be working with Peters, Tayio and San Ei epoxies and must be able to follow vendor recommendations for baking epoxy.
• May be taping and preparing panels for viafill process.
• Candidate should also be able to planerize product.
• Job will also include driving company vehicle for pick up and delivery to customers, vendors, etc.

• Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in PCB industry.
• Must have good attention to detail and good quality.
• Must be available to work overtime as dictated by business necessity.
• Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
• Must have good communications skills.

Salary Range (annual): $43,097.00 - $47,840.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
