Production Associate — Refrigerated Snack Brand (Part-Time)

RJ Naturals is a refrigerated snack brand built around simple, real ingredients and thoughtful production. Our flagship product,
Nature’s Candy Bar
, is made with organic ingredients with grass‑fed butter and is currently sold through select retailers in Southern California.

We are in an early but active stage of growth and are looking to bring on a part‑time Production Associate to support in‑kitchen food production as we continue to scale. This role offers hands‑on experience inside a founder‑led food brand, with direct exposure to small‑batch production and day‑to‑day operations.

• Assist with food production in a commercial kitchen, including batching, portioning, shaping, and packaging refrigerated snack bars.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe workspace.
• Support prep and light cleanup tasks and follow established production processes with care and consistency.
• Work physically on your feet and adapt to a rapid‑paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
• Take cleanliness and food safety seriously.
• Enjoy working with their hands to produce a tangible product.
• California Food Handler Card required, or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
• Prior food production or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.

Location:

Fullerton, CA

This is a part‑time, in‑person role based in Southern California, approximately 10–20 hours per week to start, with the opportunity for additional hours and increased responsibility as the company grows.

Compensation is competitive and aligned with experience. (Range: $5,433.00–$6,934.00)

You’ll be joining RJ Naturals at a formative stage and working closely with the founder, gaining insight into how a real food brand is built from the ground up. This role is best suited for someone who values quality, consistency, and pride in craft within a small, focused team.
