About the Role:

We’re seeking an Account Director to join our growing Managed Services division and play an integral role in our success. This isn’t just account management—it’s about helping brands fully leverage Popfly’s platform to achieve their goals, while driving creativity and impact. You’ll work with incredible brands, collaborate with influencers, and shape how social commerce evolves.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with influencers and creators to execute seamless campaigns.
• Proactively identify ways to go above and beyond for clients, leveraging the latest trends in social commerce.
• Take responsibility for the success of key accounts, being able to effectively manage the entire campaign lifecycle end-to-end.
• Help brands maximize the Popfly platform with tools and strategies to boost results.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve Popfly’s technology and user experience.
• Pursue growth opportunities for clients and Popfly, driving mutual success.

• A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experienced in the creator economy and familiar with working alongside influencers and brands.
• Knowledgeable about outdoor and active lifestyle industries (a plus!).
• Creative, energetic, and solutions-driven.
• Honest, reliable, and motivated to grow with a high-performing team.
• A person with 5-7 years of experience managing influencer campaigns.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000, compensation depends on experience and location.
